Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Quavok collects and how we use it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

From visitors and prospective clients: what you send us on WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, business name and city. This website has no forms, cookies, or analytics trackers of our own; it is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs.

From clients: business details needed to set up your assistant, and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or bank details.

From your customers (on your behalf): messages your customers send to your assistant, such as names, phone numbers and booking details. For this data, you are the data fiduciary and we process it only on your instructions.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver and improve your service, send invoices and service messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your customers' data to market to them ourselves.

Sharing

We share data only with providers we need to run the service: Meta/WhatsApp for messaging, our AI and hosting providers, and our payment partner. We may also share data where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep client data while you are a client and delete it within 30 days after you leave, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example invoices).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by messaging us. We reply within 7 working days.
